- Order status
There are several statuses for yor orders, depending on the stage your order is. Below is a list of what you can find while your order’s progress.
- Pending – Order received, customer has completed the checkout process, but payment has yet to be confirmed.
- Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (i.e., PayPal)
- Processing – Payment received and stock has been reduced – the order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that are Digital and Downloadable.
- Complete – Order fulfilled and complete – requires no further action.
- Shipped – Order is on its way to the recipient.
- Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin due to a stock inconsistency or other reasons or by the customer – no further action required (Cancelling an order does not affect stock quantity by default)
- Where is my order?
In case you don’t receive your order when is expected please check the following:
1- Check for the dispatch email you’ve receive by the time your order was processed. It contains your tracking information.
2- Use the code to track your parcel and you will have access to the latest information on the whereabouts of your order.
3- Sign in and check if your delivery address is correct as well as your contact details.
4- Check for possible contact attempts from the couriers: emails, text, messages or attempted delivery cards.
5- In case you share your address with family members, friends or others please check if someone has already received your order.
In case you still can’t locate your parcel, please send us an email to email@example.com referring your order number.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can. In case you change your mind and want to make changes or even cancel your order right after placing it, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. As long it hasn’t been dispatched we would do all we can to please you. If you have already received your parcel we will be more than glad to cancel or make changes in agreement to our Returns Policy.
- Problem with the received order
In case of an issue with the received order please contact us, email@example.com, as soon as possible. We commite ourselves to solve it briefly.
- How do I know my order was successful?
After placing an order you’ll receive an email informing that we have received it successfully and that it’s being processed. Further on you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email after the order has left our warehouse.

On the other hand, all the information used for the request will be in accordance to the processing of personal data and in compliance with the privacy rules. This mean we do not store your credit card information anywhere on our site.
- In case of using my credit card for a payment when will the value be charged?
For all the credit cards and paypal payments, the debit of the sum of your orders will be only at the moment of the expedition.
