- What is your online returns policy?
If you are not satisfied Dhuva gives you 30 days after the purchase to return your product as long as it is in it’s perfect state. For reasons of hygiene socks can’t be tried which means if you wish to return this type of articles, it is imperative that they retain the label and the protection device. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition unless a fault is found. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
 
Orders purchased as gifts over the Xmas period can be returned in January with no problems. Please ensure you retain all the packaging, paperwork and that the socks are returned unworn and undamaged.
 
The expenses of sending the articles to be returned or exchanged by mail, will be covered by the customer (even if you have benefited free of charge at the time of your purchase) and under no circumstances we’ll accept returns sent to the collection.

Returns Terms and Guidelines
1- Check our Online Returns Policy first.
2- As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, in resalable condition and well packaged, be aware that we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier.  
3- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
4- We do not take responsibility for damaged items or lost in the return transit.
5- Dhuva is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

- After returning a product how long will take before I get the refund?
 
After receiving your order and checking the eligibility for return, your refund will be with you in 48h-72h, depending on your card issuer.   


- How long will it be before I get an exchange?
 
It depends on the destination country and on the kind of mail you choose for the exchange. Basically, after processing your return and ensuring that we have the products you want to trade our order dispatch team will handle it promptly respecting the arrival order.
 

- Can you confirm you have received my return?

 
As soon as we receive your return we will informe you by email. Anyway, we suggest you to send the return or exchange product using a
shipping system that allows you to track your parcel at any stage of delivery, including when we receive it. In case you have any issue about this process, please contact our customer service team.
